Dosing information

DATROWAY is delivered into your vein through an IV (intravenous) infusion at your treatment center or doctor’s office once every 3 weeks.

How DATROWAY is given

Patients receive DATROWAY® every 3 weeks

3 WEEKS BETWEEN DOSES

You will receive your infusion at a treatment center or doctor's office once every 3 weeks (21-day cycle).

90-MINUTE FIRST INFUSION

Your first infusion will take 90 minutes. After your first infusion, you'll be monitored for at least 1 hour to make sure you don't have any infusion-related reactions.

FUTURE INFUSIONS COULD LAST 30 MINUTES EACH

If you do not have any infusion-related reactions after your first infusion, future infusions may take 30 minutes. You will be monitored for at least 1 hour after your second infusion and for at least 30 minutes after future infusions.

If you miss a planned dose of DATROWAY, call your care team right away to schedule an appointment. Do not wait until the next planned treatment cycle.

What to expect for infusions

BEFORE
You may receive medicine before your infusion to help reduce nausea, vomiting, and infusion-related reactions.
DURING
Your first DATROWAY infusion will take 90 minutes, followed by at least 1 hour of monitoring. If you do not have any infusion-related reactions after your first infusion, future infusions could last 30 minutes each, with 1 hour of monitoring after your second infusion and 30 minutes of monitoring for future infusions.
IN BETWEEN
